  • We are looking for a Data Consultant to join GroupM [m]PLATFORM. Based in Assago (Milan) he/she will be responsible for the design and the implementation of projects and products in Big Data environment for prestigious client companies in different industries.
  • He/She’ll work closely with the other Data Management Specialist or Accounts in order to cure offers and implement of the clients’ Data Management Platform integrating different source of data, defining the addressable target audience, improving the knowledge of our clients and prospects.
  • Reporting of the role: The Data Consultant will report Managing Director of Data & Insight

Responsibilities

  • Studying, recommending and implementing new operating methods to create and improve data flow, collection, editing, processing and distribution on client side leveraging on Digital Transformation principles
  • Analyzing business requirements in order to propose data architect solution
  • Configure and use the Data Management Platform (SalesForce, Oracle BlueKai, Adobe) and the usage with the leading DSP systems and GroupM assets ([m]Insight, [m]Report…)
  • Ensuring timely and accurately monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
  • Pre-empt and be proactive in identifying profitable segments
  • Curate available audiences and ensure inactive segments are removed
  • Ensure volume of data collected is closely managed
  • Collaborate with programmatic teams that optimize campaigns to measure segment performance
  • Continually look for opportunities to streamline and improve processes
  • Educate and enthuse stakeholders and the wider business about how DMP usage can improve customer experience, marketing and profitability
  • Create traits within the business to ensure relevant data collection
  • Establish and maintain relationships with 2nd and 3rd part sources
  • Create planning strategies built from custom audiences, using 1st, 2nd and 3rd party Data
  • Manage data collection from multiple sources and upkeep data taxonomy
  • Find opportunities for optimizing workflows and increase efficiency

 

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in engineering, marketing or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of a Data Management Platform, ideally Oracle Bluekai, SalesForce
  • Customer Base segmentation analysis skills
  • Media activities and linked system and channel (AdServer, Analytics, DSP, Paid Search)
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Good speaking of English language
  • Excel and Powerpoint high knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Successfully meet deadlines
  • Detail/task orientated
  • Experience in managing complex projects
  • Strong organizational, verbal and analytical skills
