Product Manager (Commerce Product)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Commerce/eRetailer Media Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing channels, particularly within performance-focused retail and commerce sectors, and experience in technical product management. You should have a proven track record of developing and launching successful advertising and media products, with a good understanding of media performance measurement methods and solutions.

You will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge, growing your soft/interpersonal skills and to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the GroupM Global commerce media product strategy, focusing on several modules within the platform.
  • Maintain the product roadmap and strategy, including defining product vision, business requirements, and technical specifications for commerce media advertising and planning technology products.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and product solutions teams to ensure product success from concept to launch.
  • Research and review the commerce media market trends, technology, and competitor propositions to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Drive product release, adoption, and engagement by ensuring effective product training, documentation, and user guides.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to support strategic decisions, collaborating with global, regional, and local market commerce teams to understand needs and pain points.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key commerce contacts, retailers, suppliers, and technology providers to stay up-to-date with relevant offerings.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Extensive experience in technical product management, ideally within suppliers of commerce media, eRetail, or retail media networks.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, media performance measurement methods, and agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, communicate technical concepts effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Proven problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and presentation skills, particularly in English.
  • Can demonstrate a collaborative, friendly, and can-do attitude within a team environment.
