Wavemaker are seeking a
Digital Specialists to join their stellar AV team.

Why Wavemaker AV?
In addition to all the company level training and benefits, the AV team has a wide range of bespoke initiatives and events that ensure a strong culture and team spirit. We truly believe AV is the best place to be!

Training and Development
We have seen a lot of developments and change across the AV channels and it’s important that we really know our stuff and keep one step ahead. The AV Academy runs every week – same place, same time and covers a whole range of subjects from technical and practical areas through to wider thought pieces. We also realise there can be a big difference from theory and practice and follow up with actual exercises to make sure things have been thoroughly explained. 

If you are new to AV we also have an established learning programme that ensures every person has a wide knowledge base, not just around the accounts each individual works on.  This initiative is also invaluable to those responsible for training as it provides a ready to use framework to follow.   

Social
We like to have fun so we have a team within AV that organises our social calendar. Some are annual events such as sports day, our trip to the races and Curry Club. Elevenses is every week event where we all take turns to show off our baking skills (not that we are a competitive lot!). This year we’ve also been picked up in Limos to have exclusive use of a games arcade, run team quizzes, and De la bowl at Roof East
