Role Purpose:   
 
The purpose of this role is to drive the process and put in place data and automated solutions to ensure that we   
help drive team efficiency, learning, and insights across Global teams (in Europe, Asia and North America).   
Once up and running, the Data Project Manager will work closely with the Digital and Planning Teams and   
Clients to ensure that we are continually monitoring, learning and integrating our data to drive better   
performance and efficiencies.   
Working directly with the Data and Tech Lead, this role is responsible for the management of projects with   
internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that all aspects are delivered on time, brief and budget.   
 
Key accountabilities:   
 
Work with Global Clients and Data Partners to drive set realistic timelines, workflows and processes to   
drive the implementation and launch of key data and technology solutions around media planning and   
reporting   
Drive internal stakeholders and product leads to ensure that implementation and launch of data and   
technology solutions   
Timelines   
Approvals and input from Agency Planning Teams   
Ensure adequate time for client input and approvals   
Test and learn opportunities   
Reporting and optimizations   
Coordinating 20+ markets across Europe, Asia, and Latin America with a focus of 15 key markets (France, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium, Mexico, Japan, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, UK, HK,   
Italy, Germany) to drive implementation and quality control   
Drive with internal and external stakeholders (client and 3rd party data partners) clear timelines and   
processes related to reporting and   
Reports financials and manages smooth financial operations related to Data and Tech projects Responds to ad hoc queries   
Demonstrate pro-active attitude to learning new skills and positive outlook about taking on new challenges   
Continually review approach and processes to help improve the way we work, fostering a collaborative and   
supportive ops environment   
  
Key experiences:   
  
Strong project management skills – understanding of processes and methodologies related to product   
management and change management   
Understanding of data and technology tools in the media and advertising sphere (planning, reporting,   
ROI)   
Attention to detail and accuracy   
Ability to understand cultural nuances and adapts own style to fit. Respects differences in culture, approach and skillset   
Minimum 5 years of experience   
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
