Digital Planning Manager

Digital/Mobile London, England

Position at m/SIX

About m/SIX

What does the agency of the future look like? Lots of agencies claim to be different, the ones thinking differently, the ones changing the world. Who can be sure of the answer? But if you were launching the agency of the future today we think it might look a lot like this one.

An agency that was born in the addressable age, with data and technology sitting at the epicentre of everything we do from the very beginning.

Where understanding people’s behaviour and what motivates them is at the centre of everything we do, and where the data sets that are produced from millions of interactions and media moments are seen as meaningless without the ability to translate that data into insight in a simple and humanised form.

An agency with a challenger mentality and a clear ambition to be unencumbered by legacy structures and behaviours. To be truly agile, adapting new models and ways of working to meet the needs of our customers.

An agency that is structured for advantage. Majority-owned by The &Partnership - home of CHI, the UK’s #1 independent creative agency, but also a joint venture with GroupM – the UK’s #1 media network. Offering something unique: the very best media capabilities, technology and pricing in the market, coupled with deep creative empathy.

Our ambition is to be the leading destination both for talent and for clients. A place where our people reflect the diversity of both local and global talent.  Where there is the opportunity to help shape our future and everyone has significance.

At m/SIX, our people have responsibility and latitude given to them from an early stage (with a support network), and they grow up fast so we can move faster. And we are seeking the curious, brave, agile, imaginative, pioneering and genuine to join us and be part of an exciting future. You can expect all the energy, fun, perks and hard work that come with agency life – but in a business that is still small enough to be a place where everyone knows your name and who you are.

Who are Pulse?

Pulse are a joint venture between CHI, m/SIX and Wunderman formed in May 2016.  We bring the best talent and specialisms together to deliver great work across our client base.  This bringing together of media, creative, production and technology is at the forefront of every new business pitch but Pulse are one of the only people in the industry bringing this to life.

As a full service agency we have the unique advantage of planning collaboratively across media, creative, CRM and social giving us an unprecedented opportunity to deliver first class planning and ideation.

The team on Pulse spend their time where it is needed, best used and most productive and for this reason it is likely that the successful candidate will spend most their time at The News Building, alongside the other 70 agency staff that are sat there.   This is not a conventional arrangement and we require an agile, future-facing and self-motivated digital media expert to help define the future of media for NewsUK.
