Working across 20 markets and with a cross-brand PSA Group shared resource unit spanning Data, Analytics, Search and Programmatic, we are building our best in class teams that will combine individual channel and function experts with our local market experts to provide a globally and locally attuned communication solutions.

Putting data and tech at the heart of our connected communication strategies is fundamental.

Working within the global media team in Paris, you will contribute to the solid coordination across the entire brand account across all local markets. 

The core work of the team is focused around developing communication strategies and media plans for key projects and product launches, along with the development of global communication and steering strategies to be adopted and activated globally, that support business and brand objectives.

Description des Taches ou Fonctions Essentielles

  • Recommandations clients, définition des stratégies d’inventaire et de data, réalisation de la négociation des deals avec nos partenaires
  • Responsable opérationnel des campagnes dès leur validation
  • Garant de la qualité et de la performance des campagnes gérées par le trading desk : Suivi des statistiques, recommandation d’optimisation, analyse et reporting client
  • Garant du respect de la charte qualité GroupM
  • Interlocuteur clé de l’équipe trading notamment pour la mise en ligne des campagnes, vérification de la bonne mise en place des pixels, de la remontée des conversions, analyse hebdomadaire…
  • Référent opérationnel de l’équipe display une fois la campagne validée
  • En charge de la coordination display/trading des campagnes validées
  • Responsable de la bonne gestion financière de ses comptes clients : contrôle strict et efficace des tâches ‘administratives’ obligatoires : devis, factures, suivi financier
  • Partage d’expérience par la réalisation de cas pratiques, présentations internes, analyse marché

Formation et Competences

  • Ecole de Commerce / Economie / Publicité / Marketing (Bac + 2 minimum)
  • Rigueur, Organisation, Autonomie, Bon relationnel
  • <3 ans d’expérience en digitale (CRM, data, tracking, display/SEA)
  • Anglais courant, maîtrise de l’informatique et logiciels (excel obligatoire; access et sql seraient un plus)
  • Bonne compréhension:
    • De la technologie
    • De la data

 The role

  • Customer recommendations, defining inventory and data strategies, negotiation of partner offers for several countries (EMEA, MENA, South America…)
  • Operationally responsible for managing campaigns once approved
  • Guarantee the quality and performance of campaigns managed : monitoring statistics, optimisation recommendation, analysis and customer reporting
  • Apply quality recommendations for GroupM
  • Key contact for the media trading team, especially for the campaign’s programmation, verification of correct pixel placement, performances, weekly analysis ...
  • Operational contact for the campaign display team once approved
  • In charge of the display/trade coordination of validated campaigns
  • Responsible for the financial management of accounts receivable; strict and effective control of mandatory administrative tasks: estimates, invoices, financial follow-up
  • Sharing experience through practical training, internal presentations, market analysis

 Profile/Skills required

  • Experience in programmatic
  • Experience in managing international accounts
  • Graduate of School of Business/Economics/Advertising/Marketing (Bac + 2 minimum)
  • Hard working, organised, autonomous and the ability to build and maintain good relationships
  • Fluent English
  • Computer skills and software (excel mandatory, access and sql desirable)
  • Good understanding of data and technology
