AdOps takes care of the operational aspects that constitute the backbone of making a campaign work from a technical point of view (i.e. trafficking, integration, troubleshooting on the adservers etc). Moreover, a variety of Mindshare teams rely on Ad ops to provide in-depth technical counselling: new tech requirements, insights, integration of 3rd party technologies etc ,


The newly-formed Campaign Management Team underpins the execution of our paid media activity. It provides a comprehensive foundation in the operation of media buying across all channels, including TV, Radio, Cinema, Print, Digital Display, Paid Search and Paid Social. The experience gained in this team is essential for someone pursuing a career as a media channel specialist, a media trader and in broader senior agency management.

Through the application of Best Practice the team ensures maximum efficiency and the generation of consistently accurate enterprise-level data as a result of our paid media activation. This is crucial to the commercial operation of Mindshare UK, and for the development of our product which is dependent on accurate data for use in reporting, insight generation, attribution and other modelling work.


The Ad Operations Specialist is critical in the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts. These include campaign planning, scheduling, implementation and trafficking to ensure the successful delivery of ad campaigns.  The Ad Ops Specialist is responsible for providing ad operations, tagging and technical recommendations internally and for overseeing tech integration/implementation through 3rd party technology providers. 

In performing this role the Ad Ops specialist will work closely with the Campaign Managers to ensure that the set up meets the requirements of the client and that the timing of the set up is in line with expectations of the media teams.
