In journey delivery we are…
Facilitators – making things happen
The standard bearer of quality output
The clients trusted business partner (accessible, trusted & opinionated)
The motivator, connector & inspirer (internally and externally)
Our team is responsible for….
Managing all team outputs (quality control)
Motivating, inspiring and empowering the client teams
Storying telling and selling the ideas (working with Journey Design - Planning)
Vantage (Client Survey) – response rates, sharing and 90 day action plans
Developing a contact strategy through thought leadership collateral, category insights and industry news.
Financial control – PIQs, Debtors, fees, invoicing etc….
Client entertainment and events
Managing and building relationships with client’s other agencies (Creative/PR/Content etc….)
Highly visible in the agency
Curious & inquisitive
We are succeeding when….
Increase or maintain our Vantage scores
Positive SLA results
Achievement of PRF
We win lots of BVU awards (internal and external awards)
An Account Manager must
Build strong, effective relationships and a close rapport with clients engendering a relationship of trusted advisor
Demonstrate a strong commercial focus

Own a strong internal profile across the agency
Demonstrate an agility to keep up to speed with the industry
