Purpose of the job

Positioned within the Global New Business and Marketing department, the CRM & database team empower markets across the MediaCom network, to use the systems that we develop, maintain, and support, to win new business and expand on client relationships. We ensure Global objectives regarding the management, synchronization and coordination of data are met effectively and on time. We provide reporting tools to promote market intelligence, and optimize communication and collaboration to help drive global results for MediaCom.

As the successful applicant, your prime objective will be to lead the management of our Global CRM system, ensuring that data maintenance is optimized and that all users realize the benefits. Analyzing dashboard metrics, you will execute benefit led campaigns to maintain adoption aimed at our major markets and global stakeholders. You will have a large part to play in our CRM upgrade project to Microsoft D365 and have the opportunity to influence the agency’s overall CRM strategy. You will support all users in their Email marketing strategies to maximise email open and click rates.

Job responsibilities

• Managing the Exec to ensure admin and data accuracy of CRM and systems are maintained
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the systems and onboarding and supporting new and existing markets
• Manage, produce and copy write regular communications via the CRM to support adoption of key systems.
• Lead our CRM Trainers to develop and implement role based training to ensure maximum uptake
• Work with our in-house designers to create new high performing mobile first templates
• Provide support to Global Marketing & New Biz teams to assist in analyzing metrics to determine success/failure of CRM marketing campaigns & work with them to improve Digital marketing
• Produce Customer Case Studies/Testimonials
• Support, empower and build relationships with local markets and the global marketing community as a whole and respond to their ad hoc requests.

People Responsibilities:
• The role requires maturity to handle independent senior management contact
• Manage our CRM & Database Exec
• Comfortable & confident talking to people at all levels in the company
• Close collaboration and teamwork with local new business and marketing teams
• Ability to train staff and lead our trainers

Skills and experience
• Experienced in a data driven role with a focus on change management/marketing (preferably from digital technology company).
• Strong database management skills
• Experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics or other leading CRM software
• Proven hands-on experience using enterprise ESP solutions for campaign execution and reporting
• Experience of planning and executing CRM campaigns with a high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of CRM approaches to deliver effective behaviour change
• HTML/CSS skills is an advantage
• Amazing track record of successful project management is a must, with efficiency a natural skill. This includes ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to craft a compelling story
• Experience creating dashboards for metrics reporting
• Experience with creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance
• Highly organized with watertight attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Possess a proven solid administrative background & skills
• Intermediate to advanced PPT, Word, EXCEL is required
• Ability to learn new software quickly
