Overview of job

Comms planning role to join a team working on a creative and innovative FMCG advertiser, across some of the UKs biggest and most iconic soft drink brands.

Sitting within the agency’s TED department, with an amazing team culture and a unique spirit, this role is a great opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career and do brilliant work.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Associate Director.

Measures of success –

In three months, you would have:

  • Build collaborative relationships with clients and other partner agencies
  • Familiarise with agency planning model and tools and application for relevant client briefs.

In six months, you would have:

  • Take ownership of key projects and planning briefs – leading cross agency idea development.
  • Set the conditions for junior team with clear goals, objectives, and development plan.
  • Build strong relationships with other agency departments particularly digital and partnerships.

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Immerse yourself in department and agency culture
  • Build a strong relationship with clients, to become a trusted strategic partner.

What you will need:

  • Confident communicator
  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Comms planning experience, ideally on FMCG
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
