About the role:

Day to day: 
  • Assisting the Digital Account Director on responses to briefs using a wide range of tools
  • Managing the pan-regional operations, acting as the lead for London
  • Keeping status reports, and the overall media plan up-to-date
  • Keeping SOX folders up to date and manage the invoice reconciliation process with precision and accuracy
  • Managing the creative agency, media owner and internal relationships to ensure timely delivery of live projects 
  • Lead monthly and ad-hoc competitive reporting
  • Wokring closely with the client and acting as their reliable first point of contact

 Skills and Experience

  • We are looking for a digital planning executive who has solid experience working across a client, managing multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Very organised and detail orientated individual with a proven track record of helping to managing client budgets, assisted in keeping overall media plans up-to-date, managing the invoice reconciliation process
  • Good skills across PPT with experience of using this for client presentations
  • Solid understanding of digital 
  • Experience working well with a team, good at being proactive with work
  • Previous client contact, and ability to interpret and manage client requests
  • Excellent numerical skills and ability to work with Excel.
