Position at Wavemaker

The Activation Executive plays a pivotal position in the account team. The responsibility they have and their contribution to activating campaigns and keeping client accounts running smoothly should not be underestimated.

  • Use planning tools and research to assist the AM in the development of digital plans
  • Maintain good relationships with key publishers and keep abreast of new trends
  • Lead campaign implementation processes in conjunction with Ad Ops & A&I
  • Manage trafficking and creative specs requirements
  • Lead effective campaign optimisation and performance recommendations
  • Complete weekly / monthly campaign reports and help analyse the results
  • Assist with finance process and reconciliation
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients over time as an important member of their agency team

The candidate:

  • Experience in digital media is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build client rapport
  • Proven reliability and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and innovation
  • Good knowledge of excel, word and PPT
