Finecast, an addressable TV company, enables advertisers to precision-target audiences in on demand, linear and live streaming TV environments. It’s the first addressable TV company in the U.K. delivering targeted advertising via a single point of access to audiences across multiple TV channel brands, pay-TV platforms and set top boxes, a range of video on demand (VOD)/catch up TV services, over-the-top providers, and game consoles – all combined for scale. Finecast builds targeting segments from socio-economic, life stage, purchase and financial data to identify and reach precise audience profiles on the big screen. 




The Addressable TV media marketplace is a new, complex and fast moving space.  To ensure that the Finecast is well placed to take advantage of the opportunities, we must ensure that right systems and processes are in place. 

As the Data & Analytics Manager you will be expected to work with stakeholders in the business, as well as external suppliers and technology providers, to build out a cohesive strategy and roadmap for the platform. 

This role is required to support the product and platform developments that will enable Finecast to build a best in class set of features and functionality, which supports the requirements and expectations of the advertisers and clients, whilst delivering against the aggressive growth targets.  The decisions made around the platform must reflect the short terms needs to grow, as well as the longer terms aspirations of achieving a solid base on which to build. 

You will be responsible for campaign reporting, driving data visualisation and championing data & insights to provide campaign optimisation and maximise revenue for the business. As the Data and Analytics Manager you will provide forecasting and predict the performance of Finecast to help drive improvements and drive efficiency of this new technology.




To be successful in this role,  you will need to be numerate and able to manipulate data. It would be advantageous if you came with knowledge of the TV market place and trading. We are looking for someone who is proficient in SQL, VBA and someone who has the ability to manipulate data through data visualisation tools.


You will have a strong commercial awareness, be comfortable in managing key stakeholders and have strong networking skills to drive the  efficiency of Finecast.
