GroupM M-Graduate Program – Master the Digital Landscape in a Year!    
Program Overview    
Embark on a transformative journey with GroupM's one-year graduate program designed to cultivate the next generation of digital performance specialists. This immersive program offers a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, enabling you to master the latest digital platforms and technologies.     
The Learning Journey    
Months 1-4: Building Foundations    
Your journey begins with an in-depth exploration of the fundamentals of digital platforms and the media landscape. Through a mix of e-learning, classroom sessions, and on-the-job training, you'll develop proficiency in:     
  • Paid Social: Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Paid Search: Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ad
  • Display/Programmatic: Google Ads Display and Video
  • Ad Tracking: Campaign Manager 360
  • Efficiency Tools: Excel, Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor
You'll also gain practical experience by assisting with campaign activation and data reporting.     
Months 5-10: Taking the Helm    
As your skills grow, you'll take on more responsibility by running and managing live biddable digital campaigns. You'll delve into media performance evaluation, turning raw data into actionable insights. You'll also learn about our agency's planning framework and develop your own activation strategies.     
Months 11-12: Achieving Mastery    
In the final stage of the program, you'll continue managing live campaigns while preparing for advanced certifications like Google Ads and Meta Blueprint. This period is all about refining your skills and proving your expertise.

Who Should Apply?    
We're looking for passionate fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a renowned university. If you have a keen interest in digital advertising and marketing, attention to detail, numerical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit, we'd love to hear from you. Proficiency in reading Traditional Chinese is preferred.
