Title: Content & Innovation Manager
Overview of Job: 
EssenceMediacom is looking for a Content & Innovation Manager. The candidate should possess good communication and team management skills as the work demands inter-team & partner communication and liaison.  The candidate should have worked on brands, branded -content properties and someone who can pitch and close content deals. A good knowledge of PPT making skills is a must along with the power of story-telling.

In three months:
  • You would be overseeing execution of content campaigns
  • Engaging with partners across categories to suggest different relevant content opportunities to client
  • Adapt to the client requirements & timelines given and efficiently deliver on the same
In six months:
  • You will be responsible in pitching to the existing clients apart from the ongoing work
  • Establish good relations with the Client, media houses and internal Group M agencies and partners
In 12 months:
  • Independently work on the client requirements along with recommendations
  • Learning and experience across social, influencers and branded content recommendations
  • Working on end-to-end award-winning solutions
  • Train and mentor new recruits

What your day job looks like:
  • Engage with internal teams and clients to understand  briefs, engage on newer briefs.
  • Engage with partners to get different IPs & Digital Content Properties to pitch to the clients
  • Ideating & pitching content campaigns end-to-end
  • Making dynamic client pitch presentations and selling the idea

What you will need:
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience 
  • A passion for storytelling to sell an idea to the client
  • An understanding of brand fitment and brand ask
  • Good relationship with partners and vendors
  • Good presentation skills
  • A knack for problem solving and crisis management
