GroupM Nexus Media Solutions (NMS)
GroupM is looking for Director - Products & Solutions to join the Nexus Media Solutions team. This role is a combination of project management and solutioning.
 
We cater to some of the most advanced, high spending and programmatically mature accounts which needs to be continued through engagement with the Business teams, Client, activations team and engagement team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and is flexible with embracing changes and new challenges.

This role reports to the Head of Programmatic, GroupM Nexus India.

Measures of success –  
  
In three months:  
  • Gain an in depth understanding of the India programmatic landscape, be trained on the various internal platforms and have a good understanding of how the solutions workflow operates.  
  • Be involved and develop understanding of products, services and solutions fueling the NMS engine. Analytics, Dashboarding and product development work in-tune with programmatic media buying. This process will be understood in depth by you. 
  • Develop relationships and start contributing to the success of the team.  
  
In six months:  
  • Mentor, guide and lead your team from both a day-to-day aspects as well as from a talent development perspective  
  • Develop and identify gaps/processes/tools to improve project delivery and efficiency for the team   
  • Work with both activation and engagement teams mainly to grow key accounts’ businesses and provide support for products and solutions aimed towards improving outcome centric planning and execution  
  • Be accountable for successful onboarding and delivery of key projects, supporting ongoing projects/workflows and identifying new solutions 
  • Ensure project execution and success, developing new efficiencies where needed and promoting client centric delivery 
  • Work closely with both Activation and Engagement team leads and gathering inputs from them to further streamline and strengthen the product and solutions workflow 
  
  
  
  
  
  
In twelve months:  
  • Automate and streamline team functioning.  
  • Evaluate needs of business and build multiple dashboards to cater to each need successfully. 
  • Develop and deliver new products aimed at improving GroupM programmatic media buying process. 
  • Identify and deploy solutions (aimed at Nexus media solutions) based on market need analysis. 
  • Become a trusted advisor and expert within the programmatic product and solutions field. 
  • Take an active role in developing broader programmatic strategic recommendations and best practices that can be applied across the whole region  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams through excellent communication and related understanding of business needs  
  • Capacity management for the Team   
  • Weekly team meetings for learnings and flagging issues  
  • Workout a growth plan for your team and all individuals within.  
  
What you will need:  
  • 4-5 years in a technical field, focused on Data analytics, dashboarding etc. 
  • 4-5 years in a digital marketing agency. 
  • Technical degree (B.E, B.Tech) as your graduate level educational qualification.  
  • Experience in managing and dealing with multiple stakeholders including the C-Suite. 
  • Understanding of the digital media technology including ad tagging and site analytics  
  • Knowledge and passion for technical aspects of Digital Marketing. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distill the most important/relevant information.
