EssenceMediacom is looking for a Performance Media lead for North India region  
  
Reporting of the role 
This role will have dual reporting to the Digital Head and the North General manager of EssenceMediacom India.

Measures of success –  
In three months, you would have: 
  • Establish a relationship with the EM Hub Team, Performance Leads across Emerging Markets, Global MCM Performance Leads.   
  • Familiarize yourself with Clients Performance Marketing operating model and local nuances.  
  • Understand the broader Agency and Clients working culture, Understand the complete biddable media scenario on client’s business, e.g. Search, Meta, etc.   
  • Lead weekly and Monthly Client Performance meetings.
  • Handled day to day tasks / requirement effectively across a set of clients. 
  In six months, you would have: 
  • Become the go-to person for Clients Performance Marketing Strategy. 
  • Lead Performance QBRs with Clients  
  • Manage your Performance team within the agency and the extended teams to drive results. 
  • Offer proactive suggestions on improving /optimizing business results  
  • Work closely with the Optimization teams and Oversee implementations across all biddable media platforms 
  • Recommend and implement best practices that will focus and deliver business Goals.
In 12 months, you would have: 
  •  Contributed significantly to the transformation of the Performance Marketing Function across EM Client clusters. 
  •  Delivered Performance Marketing Thought Leadership.
  • Exceed client expectations in terms of Performance marketing strategy.  
  • Create a business roadmap for next year.
Responsibilities of the role:   
  • Lead Client Engagement and servicing to deliver on performance business goals.  
  • Lead New performance business pitches. 
  • Work closely with Client leaders to deliver on our ambitions across business levers.
  • Advisory and facilitation support on Performance Marketing to all EM Clients.  
  • Work with Global EM teams to understand performance and innovative solutions that can be adapted for EM India. 
  • Thought Leadership on Performance Topics over and above Global Guidance 
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews – Performance Marketing 
  • Sharing best practices across EM performance clusters.  
  • Expertise in Web analytics and deriving insights for achieving business goals  
  • Through understanding of Google AdWords and Meta Ads 
  • Additional platform understanding is a plus 
  • Understanding of Bid Management Tools.        
What you will need: 
  • Relevant experience of 15+ years in Performance marketing roles 
  • Strong Performance Marketing expertise across Search, Display, Programmatic, Social and App acquisition. 
  • Strong Analytics and Measurement expertise. 
  • Executive presence: ability to inspire your team, colleagues and client through functional expertise, active listening, and assertiveness. 
  • Cross-cultural Management experience. You will need to be comfortable functioning in a matrix-organization with Performance Leads in different geographies reporting to you. 
  • Experience working in a global agency network will be highly valued.
