This role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of social media and creative services that exceed expectations and achieve campaign goals.

What will make you succeed 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, business objectives and consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing all aspects of their social media presence. 
  • Coordinate with the social & creatives team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, from content creation to distribution across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. 
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, analysing campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.  
  • Work with internal teams and finance to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, developing SOWs, tracking time and ensuring a smooth billing process for the client.  
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, acting as a liaison between the client and the creative team to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices, providing clients with insights and recommendations tailored to their brand. 
More about you
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management within a client services or agency environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. 
  • Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships in a dynamic setting. 
  • Proven experience in account management, specifically within the realm of social media and creative services. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport with clients and maintaining strong working relationships. 
  • A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. 
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to deliver value to clients. 
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools to gauge campaign success and client reporting.
