EssenceMediacom is looking for an experienced social media marketer who has successfully led multiple social media accounts for clients, including Meta, YT, Linkedin owned pages and communities.
This is a client-facing role for existing clients with whom EM has a social media retainer. The responsibility is to deliver social strategy, crafting monthly social content calendars, supervise social creative asset generation and report impact on social KPIs.
Along with organic social, the candidate is expected to have excellent understanding of social media trends, influencer eco-system and fresh ideas that can drive innovation and boost social media presence of clients.

Reporting to: Digital Lead (West)
Qualifications:
· 5-6 years of account planning and client servicing experience on social media creative accounts, which are continuous and sizeable (~ 50+ posts in a month)
· Excellent client servicing ability to independently handle client during strategy, planning and reporting phases.
· Good understanding of social media creative formats, ability to guide creative team basis client brand guidelines and best practices.
· Good project management and impressive presentation skills.
· Knowledge of social media analytics tools including page analytics.

What your job looks like:
· Develop rapport with client team to understand social media ambition, guidelines, competition, what success looks like.
· Translate requirement into a social strategy approach for the client – annual and quarterly.
· Use approved strategy to guide social media monthly calendars with relevant interventions across product, brand, topicals, memes, etc.
· Suggest innovations and big ideas that can boost social media presence.
· Deliver calendars as per planned.
· Report on outcomes – views, engagement, follower growth and suggest ways to improve the same.
