We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all employee data across our HR Information System (HRIS) and other HR systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall employee experience by managing various HR functions. The key responsibilities include:

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months: 
  • Demonstrating a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistent delivery on all the assigned areas.
  • Developing open, frank, and positive relationships with colleagues throughout GroupM Talent Team, Finance, IT and Admin.
  • Building a solid understanding of GroupM, and our agencies, and their policies and procedures. 
In six months:
  • Building trusted relationships with the Vendor, having built credibility as reliable and responsive partner.
  • Coordinating and liaising with the vendor effectively.
In 12 months:
  • You would have successfully implemented few process improvements to enhance employee experience in alignment with GroupM HR strategy
What your day job looks like at GroupM: 
1. Data Integrity Stewardship:
  • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in our employee data within the HRIS and other HR systems.
2. Performance Review Coordination:
  • Oversee the timely execution of performance reviews as per the calendar.
  • Manage the processing of bi-annual and off-cycle increments, performance incentives, and other payouts.
3. Background Verification Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the employee background verification vendor to ensure timely closure of reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the vendor and internal stakeholders for handling exceptions. 
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with employees, management, and other departments to ensure a superior employee experience. 
5. Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Ensure associates on third-party payroll receive their salaries and reimbursements as well as FNF on schedule. 
6. Process Improvement:
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements with a focus on automation and digitization.
  • Manage end-to-end process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.          
7. HR Operations Process Metrics:
  • Establish and own HR operations process metrics.
  • Identify key trends and drive continuous improvements. 
8. Project Management and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business partners to translate their needs into system requirements.
9. Automation and Digitization:
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization within existing processes, ensuring they are robust and technology driven. 
10. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with employees, management, and other departments to ensure a superior employee experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, data management, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HRIS and HR technologies.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Preferably have MBA or Post Graduate Degree in HR from any reputed institute.
  • Certification in analytics and/or process automation tools will have an edge over others.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience.
