Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company, and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are looking for Director- Performance. You will be managing the client relationship and help drive the digital agenda for the respective clients. Would deliver integrated digital solutions to fulfill client’s digital objectives.

Measures of success –

In three months, you would have:

  • Built relationships with some of the finest clients in the country.
  • You will be mapping new digital opportunities for the client.

In six months, you would have:

  • Built path-breaking digital strategies.
  • Pushed innovating concepts to drive revenues.

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Lead new business pitches.
  • Driven revenue growth and won a few awards for an innovative approach.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
  • Communicate with internal stake holders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting MIS tools and regularly make recommendations for improving the data available.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by analysing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.

 What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years in media/communications strategy with at least 4 years in digital  
  • Experience in handling large-size digital clients across categories
  • MBA preferred
