The Role

Data is at the heart of our business and we see the ability to use the information available to the business to drive management decisions as a core driver of competitive advantage for the firm. We operate a world class business information platform using Tableau, Alteryx and other tools to create a set of dynamic and highly available reports used across the firm from individual teams to senior management.

We are looking for an exceptional Tableau Data Analyst to join our growing Business Analytics team to develop a suite of management reports and data validation processes in Tableau. The successful candidate will work closely with the Software Engineering and Quantitative Research Groups as well as other areas of the business to link, map and develop data ready for analysis.

The Individual

You will need to demonstrate expertise in data organisation, quantitative aptitude and the ability to communicate clearly with teams across the business. Experience using Tableau, SQL & Excel to create and maintain a variety of reports & visualisations from large and varied data-sets is essential.

Other desired skills include:
  • Highly proficient at creating end-to-end reporting frameworks, including data ETL process design and build, data cleansing and validation alerting, analysis and report design
  • Quantitative and analytical aptitude
  • Degree from a top tier institution
  • Exposure to JavaScript or other programming languages an advantage
  • Hadoop, Spark, Splunk (desired)
Compensation

Salary and compensation package is highly competitive and will depend on the experience and skill set of the candidate and includes a discretionary annual bonus.
