The IT Operations Logistics Team is seeking a Junior Assistant to undertake routine tasks and assist the rest of the team. You will work alongside the IT Ops Logistics Analysts providing assistance whenever necessary. The role is extremely diverse and therefore any candidate must have an enthusiastic attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You will be a positive character with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Tasks include:

  • Routine checks including: IT stock checks, AV/VC functionality, ensuring meeting rooms are fit for purpose, etc.
  • Keeping the office and store rooms neat and tidy.
  • Assist the IT Operations Logistics Team with various ongoing projects:
    • Upgrading IT hardware
    • Setting up new desks
    • Carrying out desk moves
    • Updating floor plans
    • Disposal of old equipment



This is a hands-on role with a good opportunity for development into an IT Support role. The successful candidate will work closely alongside senior team members who will be able to help with guidance, advice, and training.  The role will provide the successful candidate with considerable learning and development opportunities. This role will suit someone who has an interest in IT and an aptitude for learning new skills.

The Individual

This role requires an enthusiastic candidate with drive, energy and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a keen interest in technology – previous IT experience would be beneficial, but not essential.


Working hours are typically 9am-6pm with some flexibility available. Because of the nature of the work, occasionally, the candidate will be required to perform work out of hours and at weekends. 


N.B. At times the role will involve lifting and moving some heavy office equipment.
