The Role

The Head of Business Process Re-engineering is looking for an exceptional individual to drive the implementation of our business process mapping and simulation (BPMS) system, and oversee its day-to-day operation. As the Lead Business Process Design & Simulation Engineer you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the BPMS system which will include training users, support the rolling out of process improvements and presenting senior management with regular reports.

Other tasks will include:

  • Leading process mapping initiatives
  • Coaching individuals on the BPMS systems across the business
  • Providing expert guidance to the divisions on new processes
  • Deputising for the Head of Business Process Re-engineering when required.

Due to the growth of the business, it is envisaged that you will be supported by and oversee a more junior business process engineer.

The Individual

This role is very hands on and as such we expect you to be proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills and have great attention to detail. You should also have the following:

  • Minimum five years' experience in process mapping and demonstrable experience in techniques such as Lean, Agile, Six Sigma and Process Engineering
  • Strong academics to degree level
  • Proven track record in the roll out and administration of process mapping systems
  • MS Toolsets including Visio Pro as well as awareness of Jira and Tableau
  • Process Design Systems such as Sparx, Mega, Software AG - ARIS, BiZZdesign, I-Server
