Junior Office Management Coordinator

The Role

Our Office Operations team is seeking a Junior Office Management Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day running of a busy, growing organisation in London's West End. You will work with the Office & Facilities Manager to:

  • Work with maintenance suppliers to ensure the site is well maintained and runs smoothly;
  • Responsible for assembling and setting up desks for new starters.
  • Decommissioning office areas to setup as meeting rooms/project teams space if and when required. This will require moving furniture around, moving furniture to storage sites etc.
  • Ensure all office furniture and equipment are maintained and regularly serviced, and that all supplier contracts are updated;
  • Maintain a comprehensive facilities audit trail of all repairs, services, preventative maintenance, painting and other maintenance issues;
  • Ensuring the on and off site storage facilities are well maintained, the sites are always clean and tidy and an up to date list of all furniture in stock,
The Candidate

The role is diverse and therefore any candidate must have an enthusiastic attitude, display attention to detail and demonstrate a willingness to learn. This is a hands-on role so you must be willing and able to get stuck in with a "can do" attitude.

You will report directly to the Office & Facilities Manager. Working hours are typically 9am - 5h30pm with some flexibility available. You will also be required to work some weekends during building projects.
