Demand Planning Analyst
Gogo is growing. As we add more airlines and aircraft to our customer base it is important to continue to grow our resources to keep pace. An important part of this growth is the new Demand Planning team in our Supply Chain function. This group will ensure availability for equipment to meet demand and eliminating wasteful spending. As we develop more cutting edge technologies the choices for customers are more diverse than ever before. This team will use analytics and strong processes to provide the right plan for the supply and installations teams to execute.
Our goal is to make sure that Gogo is installed on as many aircraft as possible and our team is the key bridge to translate sales commitments and product upgrades into solid purchasing and delivery plans through the S&OP process. The Demand Planning department will collaborate with Regional VP’s, Product VP’s and Engineering teams to make sure equipment and resources are available to meet installation and maintenance needs. This activity will drive the success of Gogo and directly impacts revenue generation and cost control. Without a highly functioning demand plan, Gogo will fail to service customers and meet financial goals.

Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to create a single version of the truth for installation demand and other sales activities to drive demand decisions
Coordinate demand outlook for new installations and upgrades based on product life cycle planning and engineering certification schedules
Work closely with our PMO and operational teams to determine schedules for Airline Fleet specific parts with short lead times
Coordinate with procurement to ensure that timing of receipts meets the demand schedule and that receipts are adjusted where needed
Continually review processes and systems to identify opportunities to minimize wasteful spending and optimize our resources
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and quality.
Work with accounting team to ensure completeness of the monthly financial statements and variance explanations.
Ability to work in a fasted paced environment while being very detailed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, buying, or financial analysis
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with process partners
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives
Strong user of Excel and experience with ERP MRP applications
Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills
