Position at Gogo Commercial Aviation

Supports multiple program managers (typically a team of 3-5) in the following areas:

o   Support for creation of program schedules in MS Project under the direction of the Program Manager and IPT.  Includes ensuring a high level of integrity in predecessor and successor relationships, validated task durations, PWA program linkages and resource assignments. 

o   Assist program managers in critical path analysis and program reporting and control metrics and analysis.

o   Supports, as needed, with the migration to full PWA utilization within the program management operating system

o   Provides as needed backup capacity for program managers to support other needed tasks at the direction of the program manager or director.

o   Manages all Navision job creation and ongoing job maintenance for schedule, BOM, revision level changes, etc (Order Administration and Maintenance)


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated proficiency (3 - 5 years)in creating and maintaining schedules in MS Project

Experience working in cross-functional project teams and being a team player

Demonstrated proficiency (3 - 5 years) working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platforms.  MS Navision preferred.

Fundamental knowledge of project management practices (e.g. management of resource, risk, budgetary aspects of projects)

Fundamental knowledge of accounting and supply chain management practices

Professional and courteous demeanor required for possible interface with customers and suppliers

Technical aptitude and experience in aviation industry preferred

Ability to thrive in dynamic pace and work environment
