Gogo is growing and we are looking for a Treasury Services Analyst to add to our team. Our ideal candidate has solid treasury experience along with worldwide merchant card services and insurance experience.  Equity compensation administration experience is preferred.  Candidate should be a bold problem solver, as well as a team player able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and set up a global payment processing infrastructure that meets the needs of international airline partners and ensures efficiency and scalability of global operations. Payments are comprised of card not present transactions processed via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, other local cards in addition to alternative forms of payment i.e. PayPal.
  • Provide value-added reporting on global transaction volumes, interchange fees, and other KPIs. Work closely with IT and merchant card providers to present opportunities for optimization or cost savings.
  • Administer the day to day activities related to our global equity compensation program.  Work closely with equity compensation advisor, tax, legal and HR to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare monthly equity compensation expense valuation package.  Includes journal entry and all supporting reports.
  • Work with Accounting and Payroll to ensure that stock option exercises and employee stock purchase deductions are recorded accurately.
  • Provide risk management support during corporate insurance policy renewal, as well as claim reporting and insurance certificate management.
  • Respond to internal/external inquires in a timely manner.   
  • Recommend process improvements where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with Treasury SOX controls related to equity compensation program.  Provide input for 10Q/K.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of treasury experience.  Global merchant card processing, risk management, and stock compensation experience preferred.
  • Expert Excel skills. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to provide in-depth knowledge through research.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to speak and present information in an effective, clear and concise manner. 
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Human Resources.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of E*Trade’s Equity Edge Online a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting, CTP preferred.
