Team Overview

At our Crowdstar studio in Burlingame, we believe that there is huge opportunity in interactive entertainment products for women, and CrowdStar’s goal is to build products which engage, enrich and empower them. 

With our two top grossing titles, Covet Fashion and Design Home, CrowdStar has developed new ways for users (players) to enjoy fashion and interior design. Not only are we changing how women game, we’re also changing how they discover and shop for everything from clothing to shoes, or furniture to home decor. As a team we are passionate not only about creating fun and engaging games for women but enriching lives outside of the game.

Role Overview

Our CrowdStar Studio is looking for a seasoned Operations Producer for our Covet Fashion title. Covet Fashion continue to grow and expand it’s feature base. With product quality and user happiness being top priorities the Covet Fashion team needs a great Producer to coordinate all teams as work towards continued growth. This role is at the center of all ongoing initiative, and is the main point of contact between teams. The Covet Fashion team has a very exciting road map ahead of it and is looking forward to adding to its team.


  • Work with the Design, QA, and Development team to manage feature creation and iteration while maintaining quality
  • Leading sprint planning, bug scrubs, spring retrospectives, and post mortems
  • Prioritize and drive day to day product execution
  • Help coordinate Triage during major game issues and outages
  • Understand our audience and innovate beyond their needs
  • Work to increase efficiency in process for development and live-ops
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Ops teams to enable optimized and smooth launches and daily operations
  • Coordinate with Content Team and Development teams on live-ops needs
  • Analyze and understand key performance metrics and adjust appropriately


  • 5+ years experience in producer role at an outstanding games, mobile, social media or consumer internet company
  • Experience working in Agile Development
  • Strong experience managing LTV and revenue growth
  • Strong Live-Ops experience
  • Experience building product features and enhancements, a passion for brainstorming new features that contribute to the bottom line
  • Natural leadership qualities, able to set a vision and lead a team around that vision
  • Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
  • Able to juggle lots of responsibility and requests
  • Passion for mobile gaming and gaming in general
  • Bachelor’s degree required
