Develop critical central services in support of Glu's worldwide studios.
Be responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, from design and architecture, through development, deployment and maintenance.
Improve Glu's ability to leverage data in making key real-time decision about everything from ad strategy to game experience.
Work with global studios to define requirements and features, and deliver on those features.
Maintain high standards for engineering practices across the group.
Bachelor's degree in computer science/mathematics/engineering, or other fields with proven engineering experience.
3+ years software engineering experience, especially working on high-volume back-end services.
Expertise with a modern object-oriented programming language, especially Java
Experience building web applications, especially with Spring.
Experience with databases, especially NoSQL stores such as DynamoDB or Cassandra.
Experience with AWS is highly preferred.
Knowledge of distributed data processing technologies such as Spark, Storm or Elasticsearch
Experience with a containerized framework, such as Docker.
