•         Manage full cycle, in-house recruitment efforts
•         Regularly source candidates to increase our talent pipeline
•         Work closely with hiring managers to develop a proactive recruitment strategy for each open position
•         Consult with managers and interviewers on the recruitment and selection process
•         Manage onsite interview process and logistics 
•         Maintain and ensure accuracy of applicant tracking system 
•         Continue to develop and define Glu Mobile's employment brand within the gaming industry
•         Attend recruiting events as needed

•         Proven ability to source for difficult to fill roles utilizing various networks
•         Knowledge of employee selection compliance laws and best practices
•         Ability to work with all levels of employees, from executives to managers
•         Proven ability to successfully manage and facilitate change, as well as the ability to multi-task
•         Must have strong interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
•         Ability to maintain confidential information regarding all HR activities
•         Quick learner. Logical thinker. Able to critically analyze situations and make recommendations
•         5-7 years of recruiting experience 
•         Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent
