Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will help us break new ground on a title that will take social connection to the next level. He/she will need an innovative mindset, a commitment to including customers in your growth plan and a dedicated belief that you can continuously improve our product

Responsibilities

  • Research creative ways to get new users into our conversion funnels and optimize the experience once they arrive
  • Spearhead user growth from within our highly social products by delivering acquisition and retention strategies
  • Dive into data, turn ideas into hypothesis, test, optimize and iterate to drive growth every day
  • You will be a true growth hacker, balancing your efforts between acquisition and retention strategies
  • Build Engagement strategies that make users love their experience
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Drive product development with a team of world class engineer, artist and game designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of game
  • Employ an analytical approach to identify trends, performance, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined product and growth marketing experience delivering highly successful user acquisition and engagement strategies. Mobile/mobile app experience is preferred
  • Love data and now how to get and leverage it to be successful. Ability to demonstrate how you use data every day to tell a story and manage growth.
  • Experience developing social products, technologies, and platforms is strongly desired
  • Passion for social/community/experience
  • Desire for rolling up sleeves and getting your hands dirty. Finding ways to turn your vision into action
  • Ability to craft clear, concise product requirements and specifications documentation
  • Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principles
  • Self-direction, drive and leadership
  • Bachelors Degree from a top university, MBA a plus
  • Willing to travel frequently to Toronto

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of free-to-play game systems, economies, currencies and balance
