•    Are a full life cycle recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring managers in various functions, including engineering, G& A and animation. 
•    Like to drive and facilitate the full interview and offer process. 
•    Frequently partner with Hiring Managers to discuss hiring needs, review and finalize job descriptions, discuss recruiting strategies and interview panels.
•    Don’t mind lending a hand with scheduling, coordinating, communicating candidate interview schedules, and pre-and post-interview team meetings.
•    Value the candidate experience and like to provide candidates with detailed interview information and to communicate with candidates both remotely and in-person throughout the interview process.
•    Have sound judgment and tact when handling sensitive and confidential information.
•    Know that general administrative tasks within Jobvite and Workday - creating position requisitions, generating reports and analytics, updating templates, etc. - is all part of the job.
•    Are Committed to sourcing and running a recruitment process that delivers the best talent under tight timelines.
•    Are highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and interact with all levels of management required

You will need
•    Experience working directly with hiring managers and executives at all levels
•    Proven capability at hiring high quality talent, at high volume and in a fast-paced technical environment
•    5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
