Description

The Order Management Analyst is one of the key members supporting the operations data management, revenue reporting, cash collections and financial system monitoring.  This person will be responsible from preparing and uploading the Company’s customer sales reports into a revenue cloud system. The Order Management Analyst will report to the Order Management Lead based in the Company’s Hyderabad office and will work closely with members in the San Francisco, US office.

Primary Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting from customers thru web portal, emails and/or cash collections.
  • Ability to navigate many different web portal reporting needs with unique login credentials including designated software tools on downloads.
  • Convert large dataset downloads from many different data format into large Excel and CSV data files.
  • Prepare customer working file and organize customer revenue shares by applying customer specify policy and accounting treatments
  • Create and use complex Excel formulas, pivot-tables to reconcile and calculate customer revenue share accordingly
  • Analyze revenue report data and address changes or differences with customers and or business partners.
  • Prepare upload template of monthly revenue by customer and by title for upload thru Sales Database and interface into Oracle Cloud.
  • Work with US Finance on all uploads are done accurately, review monthly revenue reports for any missing reporting and cash application issues.
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper documentation and audit trails as well as Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing.
  • Manage and resolve reporting issues thru customer relationships

Required/Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Operations & Order management.
  • Experience with large financial systems such as Oracle or other tier 1 ERP system.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Excel skills, including use of complex formulas (index match, lookup, etc.) and pivot tables to analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & Verbal) and must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task required.
