In this position you will analyze, process and bill final General Liability premium audits based upon company audit guidelines and ISO standards.
This will include reviewing policy data and insured financial documentation to ensure the appropriate premium is obtained. This position has the opportunity to be remote, hybrid, or full-time in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, calculate, and bill vendor completed audits
  • Perform quality review of audits
  • Review and process audit disputes
  • Communicate audit results to agents, management, and internal business units

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of premium audit / underwriting experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment on a daily basis and make sound business decisions while maintaining acceptable quality and productivity benchmarks.
  • Good interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization internal and external including verbal and written communication
  • Related experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A working knowledge of ISO rules and regulations
  • Attentive to details
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
