Enterprise Support Representative - Part Time

All candidates must be located in the Greater Philadelphia, PA area.

In the role of a Part Time Enterprise Support Representative you will serve as a point of customer service contact for agents and insureds. The expectation for this position is that it will work remotely from a home office. Incumbents will work a maximum of 15 hours per week and qualified candidates must be able to commit to 15 hours worked per week. Candidates must also be able to perform these hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 AM EST and 3:00 PM EST on a flexible and variable basis as determined weekly by management. Work must be performed in a suitable safe environment free from distractions and background noise. Candidates must also have an existing compatible PC as well as other peripheries.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Handle billing and collection requests from agents, insured and other internal departments
  • Process payments for policy holders and agents
  • Ensure compliance within property & casualty guidelines
  • Understanding of all payment flow processes

 Requirements & Qualifications for this position:

  • The ability and desire to work 15 hours per week Monday though Friday between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM
  • An Associate’s Degree is preferred
  • Insurance knowledge/experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to work accurately with detailed numerical information
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be able to multi-task within a team environment
  • Required to handle phone calls and work on a PC for extended period of time
  • Ability to download company VPN software onto a compatible personal computing device for remote work
