Implant Parts Clerk (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm)
Description
Essential Functions:
- Identifies the quantity and units required for incoming work orders, emails, and/or cases.
- Opens deliveries and confirms accuracy of shipments.
- Responsible for rotating incoming inventory.
- Identifies all implant systems, products and product codes.
- Understands and properly issues out products to requesting departments and cases.
- Understands implant functions, processes, and products manufactured in-house.
- Properly identifies tech codes for all product issuing.
- Assembles product kits to ensure department readiness for customer orders.
- Locates and corrects errors and solicits assistance from Team Leader or Supervisor/Manager when needed.
- Monitors incoming correspondence pertaining to product requests for customers.
- Creates and maintains an efficient space utilization plan.
- Notifies management of shortages or other issues that could impact product availability.
- Manages stock control; receipt, storage, retrieval and delivery of goods.
- Performs schedule cycle counting procedures.
- Pulls inventory transfers for outside and internal request.
- Makes corrections in computerized inventory system to reflect current inventory levels.
- Makes appropriate decisions to resolve any issues that arise within cost parameters.
- Conducts all business transactions and communications in a professional manner
- Stock and organize products into its proper identified location and utilizing First-In First-Out method.
- Coordinates and conducts special requests from managers and other requesting parties.
- Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stock room or inventory experiences a plus.
- Minimum three (3) years equivalent work experience.
- Must successfully complete in-house training course.
- Must pass Implant parts, systems and sizes test with a passing score of 87%.
- Customer service skills a plus.
Special Requirements/Certification:
- Flexibility to work a Saturday shift and overtime when required.
Pay Range:$18.00-$19.00/hr
