Team Lead - Fulfillment - PRK
Description
Essential Functions:
- Monitors workflow and leads assigned Fulfillment team in daily sales orders, processing, and shipments.
- Coordinates fulfillment orders with Sales Team to ensure orders are processed, completed, and shipped out in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.
- Prioritizes sales orders as they arrive in the order queue; expedites and resolves delays as deemed necessary. Forwards urgent and/or complex order(s) to management’s attention.
- Processes systems tasks including but not limited to: posting invoices, reconciling backorder reports, and daily sales order closeout.
- Works closely with Logistics support and Project Administrator to ensure team members have necessary resources and supplies to complete projects and objectives in a timely manner. Places additional supply orders as needed.
- Determines and authorizes overtime for designated team as production needs requires. Distributes and collects weekly time card information for payroll processing. Relays any discrepancies to management.
- Investigates and resolves inventory or sales order discrepancies. Relays complicated decisions to management.
- Recommends improvements for the overall efficient process workflow of the department.
- Assists team members with resolution of on-the-job technical problems.
- Trains team members on correct procedures in order to execute tasks properly.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in the Fulfillment department or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.
Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr
