Production Assistant - Call Center ( Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm)
Description
Essential Functions:
- Provides DL-Admin support such as but not limited to ship date verification and scheduling, case scanning, task crediting, work orders/product codes updating, and department coordination.
- Evaluates cases to ensure all Company quality standards are met.
- Assists management and production in all company initiatives implemented.
- Loads and organizes case distribution carts according to established guidelines.
- Monitors case flow for rush cases; distributes rush cases promptly to prevent production delays and ensure efficient workflow.
- Routes cases to correct department based on production criteria.
- Monitors delayed cases; updates ship dates.
- Ensures communication regarding production updates between working shifts are clear, concise, and open.
- Utilizes GO Location Scan to keep track of case location and status on production floor.
- Ensures high productivity by problem solving and coordinating with production to meet turnaround time schedule.
- Tracks and collects evaluation case data to create reports.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum (1) year of dental production experience.

Pay Range: $18.00/hr
