Position Description

As a Glassdoor Ireland Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will help companies use our products to find and retain top talent.

You will provide technical expertise and consultation as well as general product and industry knowledge. (Not an engineer? Don’t worry! Each CSM works closely with our Implementation team to support the trickier backend elements of these operations.)

The ideal candidate can handle difficult client situations with independence and confidence. This person will ensure resolutions are handled, questions are answered and tasks are accomplished within reasonable timeframes. You also have an ability to troubleshoot potential site issues and identify where/when/if /how to escalate them.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate campaign implementation details internally and externally
  • Close the loop on outstanding campaign items, tasks, etc.
  • Smoothly provide walkthroughs of the internal Glassdoor Ireland dashboard and resources
  • Adjust campaigns for optimal performance and work with clients to measure return on investment (ROI)
  • Field technical questions and troubleshoot potential site issues or bugs
  • Make campaign recommendations and extend best practices around employer branding and employee engagement
  • Hit retention/renewal benchmarks with your Sales counterparts by providing the best in client service and product delivery

Specific Hiring Characteristics:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, phone)
  • Customer support experience
  • Technical background; experience with troubleshooting
  • Capability to communicate brand/products effectively and clearly both internally (sales team) and externally (clients)
  • A multi-tasker at heart with great organizational skills a must!
  • Passion for client services and online advertising is a must!

Requirements:

  • You possess strong analytics skills
  • University Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Able and willing to travel to occasional in-person client meetings
  • Able and willing to travel to Glassdoor’s California headquarters around twice per year (travel expenses covered)

It’s a Big Plus if you…

  • Have conducted online webinar presentations
  • Understand digital advertising and any tracking mechanisms
  • Have talent acquisition industry knowledge as applied to Glassdoor Ireland, our competitors, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), etc.
  • Have managed Pay-Per-Click (PPC) media / advertising campaigns a plus
  • Can speak conversationally in French or German

This position is based in Dublin, Ireland. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, including equity in a fast-growth startup backed by top-tier VCs.
