Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who wants to jump in head-first and help build a pre-IPO startup experiencing explosive growth.  You will directly contribute to the insane growth by calling on staffing and recruiting firms selling the suite of Glassdoor products.

Position Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing salesperson with 3+ years of experience selling technology products and/or services over the phone and via web-based presentations.  The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers in the C-Suite.

Your day-to-day:

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities via the phone and web
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
  • Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
  • Manage and grow the accounts to drive additional revenue for yourself, your team and Glassdoor as a whole
  • Skillfully deliver web based presentations using inside sales best practices
  • Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives in recruitment, operations and marketing, navigating through multiple channels
  • Consistently kill your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience selling over the phone/web
  • Strong track record of achievement preferably selling B2B digital media or SaaS
  • CPC or PPC sales experience and knowledge preferred
  • Analytical mindset, providing custom solutions for staffing partners across all industries
  • Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC & Marketo
  • HR or recruiting industry experience preferred
  • 4 year degree from a great college or university
