Glassdoor is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to work within our Dublin-based B2B Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing our demand generation programs, working closely with our content marketing and product marketing teams to identify channels and execute activities that will achieve agreed business objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate prior success working in a similar role, executing across a broad range of marketing programs – from events to digital and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a demand generation strategy, identifying the channels and activities needed to deliver against agreed targets (inbound leads, MQLs/ SQLs and pipeline/revenue)
  • Own and oversee the planning and execution of all marketing programs, working closely with content marketing
  • Lead the development of an expanded nurture program, taking a persona-based approach to deliver segmented messaging
  • Partner with sales to ensure efficient lead passing, optimise lead quality and support prospecting efforts
  • Work cross-functionally to track, measure, analyse and optimise activities with a laser focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate program execution and report performance results through the organisation
  • Manage and report on the marketing programs budget
  • Co-ordinate with partners, third party vendors and cross-functional internal resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years’ experience in developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns and programs in a B2B setting
  • Proven success in developing and managing demand, lead generation and segmented marketing programs
  • Track record of working closely with sales to acquire and nurture MQLs and SQLs
  • Highly creative, able to find new ways to connect with, generate interest and build excitement among our target audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, analyse, understand and summarise data to show program effectiveness, validate strategy and justify spend
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for interacting with internal constituencies and external partners
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment
  • Salesforce and Marketo experience preferred
