France is one of Glassdoor’s fastest growing markets and we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Relationship professional who wants to jump in head-first and help build a pre-IPO startup.  You will directly contribute to our global expansion by covering our fast growing relationships in France.

Position Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter with 5+ years’ experience both managing client relationship and generating new partnerships both in person and over the phone via web-based presentations, specifically covering the French market.  The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They also have experience navigating through complex organisations and prospecting  to multiple decision makers in the C-Suite.

Your day-to-day:

  • Generate top-tier-brand relationships within a dedicated French Enterprise territory
  • Manage and grow a book of French headquartered global MNCs  through a high-deep and wide sales approach
  • Maintain account retention while providing exceptional customer service and developing new client relationships
  • Successfully communicate and work with third-party agencies to deliver enhanced metrics and secure additional growth opportunities
  • Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations and deliver impactful business reviews
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly retention, growth and new business goals
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities via the phone and web
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline
  • Comfortably speak with VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, optimistic, focused and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of B2B or relevant sales experience creating leads over the phone/web
  • Experience covering the French market delivering presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone and in person
  • Strong track record of achievement preferably with B2B digital media, SaaS or Consultancy
  • Previously trained in consultative / value based selling and negotiating
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC, online presentation tools  & Marketo
  • HR or Recruiting industry experience preferred
  • 4 year degree from a great university
  • Strong communication, written, verbal and presentation skills in French and English - Fluency in both languages a must
  • Comfortable with change in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working under deadlines to hit goals, whilst remaining organised and prioritising responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Success in developing New Business partnerships while maintaining and growing a book of existing clients and territories
  • Unrelenting desire to build upon your successful track record in sales
  • Unquestionable appetite to learn, improve, win and share formula to success with others
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
