The Global Marketing team at Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage email and landing page production process from start to finish.

We are seeking a confident project manager guru who is ultra organized, experienced, resolutely calm and patient, with excellent communication skills to oversee production of Glassdoor’s B2B emails and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current production process and iterate as necessary to create an efficient yet flexible production line with a fast and reliable turnaround
  • Receive, track and push to completion all email and landing page requests from stakeholders across the B2B marketing team -- delivered on time and within scope
  • Manage the schedules (and all details) for one contract copywriter and two email developers (all remote), prioritizing their work queues daily
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the in-house design/brand team, ensuring all emails and landing pages are on-brand and with the Glassdoor voice
  • Perform QA as a “last check” of assets before it goes out to audiences

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing B2B email creation production process
  • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills with a very high EQ
  • Calm personality able to resolve conflicts fairly while keeping projects prioritized balancing needs, timing and bottom line
  • Adept at simplifying the most complex situations and can get to the root of the matter quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail: experience QA’ing emails and landing pages to large audiences (you know grammar well) and an eye for keeping design and voice on-brand
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies or organizational changes.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, positive and a team player. Prepared to handle last minute, high-level projects with tight deadlines while keeping high attention to detail

  • Experience with Jira and Marketo
