Your Talents and Strengths

: You have a masters degree in organizational development, education, or equivalent and have been an Instructional Designer for three to five years. You have a firm understanding of adult learning concepts and are an expert at applying instructional design principles to achieve clearly defined learning objectives.

Learner-centered: The learner is your number one priority. You enjoy designing compelling learning experiences that naturally merge with existing workflows, and use appropriate course design and development tools to create effective online, live classroom, or blended training.

Creative: You seek innovative solutions to complex problems and are eager to learn new things.  Creating visually dynamic learning content is exciting to you and you enjoy working across media including graphic and video.

Analytical: Tracking and evaluating the results of all trainings is important to you.  You are strong at writing robust assessments and can leverage data to measure the business impact of your efforts.

Agile: A dynamic start-up environment is exhilarating, and you can ‘roll with the punches’ when business needs or strategies change.  You don’t get flustered easily, and stay composed under pressure.  Your innovative approach to design and development enables you to pivot quickly, while adhering to core training objectives.
