Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchased product details for customer post-sale, from implementation through renewal (across Glassdoor’s entire product suite)
  • Coordinate the distribution of pay-per-click (PPC) job advertisements of a specific Glassdoor customer base: staffing and recruiting firms
  • Creatively asses the best method of account management, in conjunction with a strong sales team, to support the unique staffing vertical’s job advertising needs
  • Work with implementation team, sales team, customer and other key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and successful delivery of sold products
  • A strong candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of one of the fastest growing internet companies in the recruitment space

Supporting Activities

  • Work closely with sales team managing the Staffing customers by setting bid prices for new job ads campaigns and manage changes to ads campaign throughout customer partnership
  • Educate Staffing customer’s on Glassdoor’s products post-sale: how to use, key benefits to their business, deliverable outcomes and expectation setting
  • Take a data-driven approach to making decisions within your role, analyzing trends within your base to constantly improve and iterate on your best practices
  • Work with manager on collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (e.g. product enhancements, marketing needs, implementation improvements)
  • Support sales revenue goals to ensure likely contract renewals through delivering against customer success criteria and demonstrating strong ROI from job advertising campaigns

Why you?

Required

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of B2B professional experience
  • Data-driven thinker with ability to analyze information
  • Enjoys working closely with customers and other departments to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Self-motivated team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to campaign optimization and customer satisfaction
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to deliver results in fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize complex topics and ensure customer’s understanding

Preferred

  • HR or recruiting industry experience
  • CPC or PPC experience and knowledge
  • Understanding of different types of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience pulling pre-built reports in Tableau
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce, Google analytics, Google ad words, or other media management systems
