Senior Associate, Sales & Marketing Analytics

As a Senior Associate on our Sales & Marketing Analytics team you will be an integral link between the sales organization, marketing and finance, as well as other teams supporting the go-to-market at Glassdoor to deliver business performance in a high growth environment. This role will be responsible for managing performance reporting, analytics, sales forecast, pipeline and key productivity metrics. A successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail and rigor and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. He/she will have the opportunity for leadership and increased scope through strong business partnership and proven ability to deliver.


  • Track, analyze and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing performance and productivity metrics, including pipeline conversion rates, win rates, average deal size, sales rep productivity
  • Develop scalable, automated dashboards for Executive and Sales Leadership to provide benchmarking and progress against key performance goals and initiatives primarily utilizing Tableau and SFDC capabilities
  • Manage and execute sales forecasting process: weekly forecast, bookings, current quarter and future pipeline, sales hiring/headcount
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders in effective and accurate reporting and forecasting initiatives
  • Own accuracy and process for underlying data collection and management and initiate projects and improvements to drive improved insight generation and performance analysis
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation in planning, forecasting, and modeling approaches
  • Continually evaluate and improve operations processes, methods for data analysis in an effort to improve team productivity and sales performance


  • BA/BS required, preferably in quantitative field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, management consulting, business operations or sales analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong Experience in Tableau and Excel. experience a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL and handling big data (experience with Python or other scripting languages a plus)
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large complex data sets, present meaningful insights and develop recommendations for multiple levels of management
  • Creative, intellectually curious and able to scale steep learning curves quickly
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance
  • Team player that understands success rests on helping others be successful
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
