Description

We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager who can build trusted relationships and lead high-impact engagements with leading Recruitment Process Outsourcers (RPOs).  

This exceptional individual will delight our RPO partners by serving as a trusted and strategic resource for all things Glassdoor. Moreover, they will thrill our sales teams by transforming our partners into Glassdoor evangelists.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership, leverage, and results by working successfully with recruitment advertising agencies to drive business and engagement value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact partner engagements with RPOs
  • Design and implement programs that transform RPOs into Glassdoor evangelists
  • Serve as a trusted and strategic resource for RPOs and Glassdoor sales teams
  • Develop strong relationships with executives and senior leaders at RPOs
  • Organize periodic relationship meetings between Glassdoor and RPO executives
  • Facilitate sales lead generation and qualification for Glassdoor sales teams
  • Effectively and tactfully resolve issues as they arise
  • Educate Glassdoor representatives on how to build win-win relationships with RPOs
  • Leverage insights and data to measure our success and gather insights
  • Lead projects designed to improve team effectiveness and make the team stronger

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional communicator, including verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders at varying levels to support business goals
  • Positive, can-do spirit and passion for social media and technology
  •  Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
  •  Creative and innovative thinker
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and being part of a fast growing company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • 10+ years’ experience working at a leading RPO or with leading RPOs
  • Proven sales ability including relationship building and management, consultative selling approach
  • Strong skills with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to travel as needed
