Glassdoor’s growing B2B Demand Generation team is looking for a leader in lifecycle email nurture to help take our email channel to the next level. The Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for the design and execution of complex nurture programs that improve the user experience and drive more leads and revenue. This person will have proven success designing and managing a variety of email nurture programs, ideally in a B2B Marketo/Salesforce environment.

About the Job

  • Build and manage sophisticated nurture programs for customers and prospects in various segments and funnel stages
  • Determine content strategy and lead copywriting process; collaborating with existing copywriters as needed
  • Regular reporting of email nurture performance, making recommendations and implementing improvements
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, customer success, and BI teams to align on campaign requirements, key objectives, and success metrics
  • Using B2B segmentation model develop and implement new nurture streams aimed at converting prospects and growing customer accounts
  • AB test messaging, CTAs, content, subject lines and email cadence to constantly improve email performance
  • Partner with marketing operations to automate nurture programs, ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement of lead flow
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand the habits of our buyers and segment accordingly, map and prioritize buyer journeys, then establish ways to engage them within our B2B products

Experience

  • 2-5 years experience in lifecycle email marketing, ideally in B2B tech
  • Experience copywriting emails with minimal edits required
  • Genius with subject lines and content placement
  • Proven success working effectively with Product and Product Marketing teams
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo certified preferred to execute marketing nurture campaigns (Engagement Programs) and track effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and make recommendations for marketing and sales leadership
  • High attention to detail to QA emails and program operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
