Marketing Operations Intern

We are looking to hire an individual who is interested in learning about the marketing organization and is passionate about tackling complex operational challenges. This role will be focused on measuring and reporting marketing campaigns to optimize processes, identify dynamic solutions, and improve overall strategy across our organization.

The ideal candidate for this role should be tech savvy, organized with the ability to multitask, and very detail oriented. You should be comfortable taking a project from a problem stage and learn how to identify the key data, metrics, and steps you will need to develop trends and solutions. You will learn about associated tools and techniques used to extract, transform, and compile information from multiple sources in the pursuit of creating data-driven stories that advance our global marketing strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in creating dashboards and reports to measure the performance and return on investment for marketing programs
  • Reporting on marketing audience and current state of segmentation, to identify trends and behaviors to enhance the marketing programs team’s strategy
  • Troubleshoot and QA Marketo and Salesforce campaigns, data integrity issues and other key marketing operations functions
  • Standardize documentation of training processes, lead management, and campaign workflows
  • Utilize data enrichment tools to fill the gaps on missing information to improve segmentation practices and lead routing for Sales Operations
  • Optimize Marketing processes by implementing new technology and testing API functionality to improve operations efficiency for offline lead generation support.
  • Collaboration with an external agency on the production process for email and digital program assets and campaign setup, which will include learning project management skills.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Tech Savviness. Previous experience with Salesforce, Marketo or other equivalent CRM and Marketing Automation is a bonus.
  • Self starter who is quick to learn, enjoys organization and documenting new processes with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems by developing plans and working cross-functionally with other Glassdoor department teams.
  • Appreciates challenges and takes an inventive approach by constantly looking for ways to optimize.
